Hotchkiss Alerts
The Hotchkiss School has partnered with Rave Mobile Safety to implement a mass notification and alert system that allows the School to communicate important information to the campus community and guests during emergencies, serious weather conditions, and campus wide events.
Faculty, Staff & Students
Faculty, staff, students and other members of the Hotchkiss campus community who have Hotchkiss network accounts can log-in and manage contact information and preferences such as email addresses, mobile and voice-only phone numbers, and opt-in messaging list membership.
Simply login to your Rave Mobile Safety account which is available in your Hotchkiss Login Portal at http://login.hotchkiss.org
Other CAmpus Residents & Guests
Hotchkiss campus community members, guests, and other long-term visitors who do not have Hotchkiss network accounts can choose to opt-in to receive text-only (SMS) emergency alerts.
Text HOTCHKISS to 226787 (CAMPUS) to subscribe to the alerts.
Text STOP to 226787 (CAMPUS) to cancel messages.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for this service, however, your mobile phone company may charge for text messages. Please refer to your mobile phone's service plan for more information.

How often will alerts be sent?
Hotchkiss will attempt to use the system only when necessary to send alerts for events and issues that effect the entire campus community.
Will my contact information be kept private?
Contact information and preferences that you provide or that the School loads for you into the Rave Mobile Safety system is kept private and only used for the purpose of sending you alerts.
What are the ways in which I can receive messages?
Messages may be delivered via text (SMS), email, or voice (recorded or computer generated).
How many phone numbers and emails can I add to the system?
Faculty, staff, students and other members of the Hotchkiss campus community who have Hotchkiss network accounts can login and manage up to 3 mobile numbers, 3 voice-only landline numbers, and 2 additional preferred email addresses.
